I ordered the hoodie on April 29, but after seeing no progress on the shipment, I contacted customer support on May 19. Unfortunately, there had been an issue with the courier, which resulted in a significant delay.
From that point on, Arnold from the support team was extremely helpful. He kept me informed throughout the process and ultimately arranged for the hoodie to be reprinted and shipped again.
I had also ordered a mug in the same order, which arrived quickly without any issues. Based on my experience with customer support, I am confident that this is a trustworthy company, and I believe I was simply unlucky with the hoodie shipment. I would not hesitate to order from them again in the future.
I made sure to check the sizing (for a man) to buy my husband this shirt, but unfortunately it was very small (even though I chose the correct measurements) and he isn’t able to wear it.

This sweater is cool, I got it for my husband. The screen print definitely has a more distressed look to it than solid print on the pic, if that matters to anyone. My only bother is it’s a Gildan brand sweater. But it arrived on time, and the price was right. I would recommend buying from this shop, and I probably will again in the future.
