At NextSavePoint, every item is made-to-order with care. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our policy below.

US customers: We provide a free prepaid return shipping label for all eligible domestic returns. Contact us at info@nextsavepoint.store or via the contact form to request yours.

International customers: Returns are accepted within 30 days, but return shipping costs and any associated risks are the responsibility of the customer.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t entered production.
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for:

  • Full refund
  • Store credit
  • Exchange

You can manage your orders and initiate returns through your customer account.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Returned in original condition and packaging
  • Unworn (trying on is fine)
  • Unwashed
  • In resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

3. International Returns

International returns are sent at your own risk and expense unless otherwise agreed upon in writing via email.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued once your return is received and inspected.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within the 30-day return window for eligible items that meet our return requirements.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost
  • Contact us within 7 business days of delivery
