Are your items made to order?

Yes. All NextSavePoint products are made to order specifically for you. This helps us reduce waste and deliver unique, high-quality designs with care.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not entered production.

Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed (trying on for fit is totally fine)
  • In original packaging

There are no restocking fees.

US customers: Return shipping is on us — we provide free return shipping labels.

International customers: Returns are accepted, but return shipping costs and any associated risks are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If there’s an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered.

We will gladly remake and ship the correct item at no extra cost or issue a refund if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Processing time: 1–5 business days

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to Canada.

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days
  • Shipping time after dispatch: typically 5–15 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 2–20 business days, depending on location and customs

International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also Track Your Order

Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear, especially during busy seasons.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after that, contact us and we’ll help.
